Office Administrator role

Part-time 3 days a week in Brentwood

Construction experience is crucial

Ideally need to be knowledgeable with Breeam

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize project documents, including contracts, plans, permits, and specifications.
  • Manage and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project-related paperwork.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and other team members, which can include scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with creating project timelines, preparing budgets, and organizing safety documents.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders such as clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project flows.
