We're looking for a dedicated Electrician to carry out a wide range of maintenance, installation, testing and compliance works across responsive, planned and compliance workstreams. You'll work both independently and as part of a team, delivering excellent standards, ensuring safety, and providing a full multi-skilled service to customers.
What You'll Be Doing - Deliver high-quality electrical installations, repairs, testing and maintenance across a variety of workstreams.
- Take a multi-skilled, whole-job approach to ensure work is completed efficiently and to recognised industry standards.
- Work with a strong "right first time" mindset, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting performance targets.
- Use mobile technology to record and update job details accurately in real time.
- Act as a role model by demonstrating the organisation's values in all interactions.
- Take responsibility for your productivity, performance and contribution to team KPIs.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety and CDM regulations, ensuring safe working for yourself and others.
- Manage company-issued equipment responsibly, including van stock, tools, materials and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive and customer-driven service.
- Participate in a call-out rota when required.
- Support service improvements and be open to ongoing learning and development.
What You'll Bring - NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- AM2 or equivalent qualification.
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification.
- Strong fault-finding skills and experience delivering electrical repairs, testing and installations within a housing or maintenance environment.
- Multi-skilled capability and a flexible, problem-solving approach.
- Ability to use mobile technology for job management.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation with the ability to work safely at height.
- A commitment to excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to work across multiple sites.
