Job Description

An expanding QS team situated within a multi-disc construction consultancy is looking to add a reliable Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working across a nice range of projects from an open-planned, and sociable London office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will alongside a Director and Associate in delivering pre and post contract services on a mixture of housing, residential school, and commercial projects.

Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in cost reporting, cost planning, carrying out on-site valuations, chairing meetings, contract administration, and more.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum of 3 years quantity surveying experience
  • UK Cost consultancy / cost management work history
  • Good pre and post contract knowledge
  • Any Employers Agent experience would be a plus, but not essential
