Assistant Site Manager South Yorkshire £40k - £45k + Package
Our client, a local contractor, is seeking a dedicated Permanent Assistant Site Manager to join their team in South Yorkshire, firstly working on a £4.5m decarbonisation / refurb project in Nottingham.
In this role, you will support the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations of commercial build projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
You will be responsible for coordinating trades, supervising site activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in build projects, possess strong organisational skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within the build industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and health & safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are desirable.
- Valid Driving License required.
