What You ll Be Doing

• Preparing and analysing project budgets and cost plans.

• Procuring supply chain partners and preparing order documentation.

• Assessing and certifying subcontractor interim payments, issuing notices where required.

• Preparing interim valuations and final account submissions.

• Managing and valuing variations.

• Assisting with Extension of Time claims and Loss & Expense submissions.

• Identifying and managing commercial risks.

• Supporting the production of accurate monthly CVRs.

• Building strong working relationships across commercial and site teams.

• Ensuring effective communication between operations and commercial functions.

• Attending site regularly as required.

What We re Looking For

• Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (or equivalent).

• Civil engineering project experience.

• Solid knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract.

• Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Well organised and able to meet deadlines.

• Strong IT, numerical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to travel to site as required.
