Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants, providing exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and analyse local market trends to inform business strategies and advise clients.
• Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance to senior management.
• Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise within the sales process.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards achieving lettings targets and key performance indicators.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a sales management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
• A valid UK driving license.
