PASMA Operative

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and dismantle mobile access towers in accordance with PASMA standards.

• Carry out pre-use and periodic safety checks on tower equipment.

• Maintain safe working practices at all times and follow site-specific RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).

• Assist other site trades by providing safe access solutions.

Essential Requirements

• Valid PASMA Certification (Towers for Users as minimum).

• Valid CSCS Card (Green, Blue, or relevant trade category).

• Strong understanding of working-at-height safety.

• Good knowledge of workplace health & safety regulations.

• Ability to follow instructions and work to set procedures.

• Physical fitness suitable for manual handling and tower assembly tasks.
