• Assist with commercial management of refurbishment projects
• Support pre- and post-contract duties and subcontractor management
• Help with budgeting, reporting, and financial tracking
• Liaise with clients and resolve challenges proactively

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with a regional main contractor
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of social housing sector
• Commercially astute and proactive
