£60,000 £75,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Healthcare

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for more ownership, less red tape and the chance to work on genuinely high-end private residential builds? This position gives a Quantity Surveyor autonomy, progression and exposure to super-prime projects without London commuting.

You ll work closely with the Commercial Director, run your own jobs, and step into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role as the business grows from £12m to £25m+ turnover.

The Role

• Full commercial responsibility for your own high-spec residential projects.
• Procurement, tendering and subcontractor management.
• Valuations, variations, CVRs and cost reporting.
• Budget tracking, forecasting and financial performance.
• Close collaboration with site teams to maintain programme and profit.

What We re Looking For

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor (residential preferred).
• Confident with procurement, valuations and variations.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach.

Package

• £60k £75k salary (DOE)
• Annual bonus (around 10%)
