You could be pricing incredible, landmark structures projects situated in the heart of the capital tenders that need innovative thinking and methodology. You'll have priced projects in London; schemes with enabling works, cut & carve, basements and RC works. Could be a newbuild concrete frame with a single basement, or maybe you've tendered for piling, groundworks or a cut & carve in London Bridge. It might be a huge single or double basement in W1. What about pulling all of this together and pricing a £30m to £50m project in somewhere like the city or the West End?
