About You To be considered, you will ideally have: Previous experience within preconstruction, bid management or project management in the civil engineering sector. A strong understanding of infrastructure and civil engineering project delivery. Experience across sectors such as highways, structures, public realm, utilities or general civil engineering. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance risk, opportunity and client expectations. Experience managing complex tender and bid submissions. Knowledge of NEC contracts and collaborative procurement routes. A relevant degree or professional qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline would be advantageous. Why Join?
