Technical Coordinator High-Rise Residential
A leading residential developer is recruiting a Technical Coordinator to join the delivery team for a landmark high-rise residential project in East London.

Key responsibilites:

• Coordinate design across architecture, structure and MEP on a high-density, tower-led scheme
• Manage design information flow with consultants and contractors
• Review technical drawings and specs
• Run technical/design meetings and drive resolution of design issues
• Support risk management, value engineering and technical sign-offs

Requirements:

• Significant experience in high-rise residential (multiple-tower) developments
• Detailed understanding of façade systems, tower construction and residential layouts
• Experience with a developer or main contractor is strongly preferred, or from an architectural practice with solid technical coordination / job-running background
• Strong communication, organisation and coordination skills
