Roofing Contracts Manager

Clarkson Owens recruitment are working with a leading specialist roofing contractor who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee flat-roofing projects across Glasgow and the West.

Duties Include:

• Manage multiple flat-roofing contracts from pre-start to handover

• Oversee project planning, site delivery, procurement and subcontractor management

• Carry out regular site visits, ensuring quality, safety and programme compliance

• Work closely with commercial and operational teams to control costs and maximise profit

• Act as main point of contact for clients, attending progress meetings and managing relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience in flat roofing or roofing-focused contracts management

• Strong understanding of flat roofing systems (single-ply, felt, liquid etc.)

• Solid commercial awareness and contract knowledge

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Full UK driving licence

Package:

• Salary up to 55k (DOE)

• Company vehicle/car allowance
