PSR Solutions are recruiting for a Freelance Project Manager Location: m Rate: Competitive My client is one of the industry leading construction companies specialising in Commercial and Industrial projects with a reputation for delivering schemes up to 30m. I am currently assisting them with their requirement for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a commercial scheme valued up to 15m. The ideal candidate will have experience running a either a new build or refurbishment project north of 10m. These duties include the following; Over-seeing a team of Site Managers while reporting into a visiting contracts manager. Weekly reporting against programme, maintaining the programme progress, including client progress report. Sub-contractor weekly meetings & progress reports. A daily client facing role. Sequencing of works both internally & externally, assistance with Subcontractor Enquiries & Procurement. Quality assurance, working with site team to collate all QA and sign off sheets Ensuring site set up, Health & Safety, and administration are compliant. Community Liaison. Drawing Management, collate As Built Drawings; Coordination of Statutory Bodies i.e. services. Coordinating with local inspectors, including building control Plan Check to Practical Completion, highways etc. Our client is providing exceptional pay rates dependant on the specified requirements due to experience on an ongoing contract basis. The Company: Roberts & Prowse based in Swindon are a well-established Mechanical, Electrical & Building Services Contractor operating across the South West, South East and Home Counties. With over 50 years of experience, we deliver exceptional projects for commercial, industrial, healthcare, government and MOD clients. Due to continued success and expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Manager to join our Building Division and manage multiple VIVO Defence and VINCI reactive and small works refurbishment projects on MOD sites. The Role: As a reactive Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Building Manager and take full responsibility for the leadership and successful delivery of multiple reactive and small works projects. You will manage a diverse team of site operatives, subcontractors and consultants while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and health & safety regulations.
