Estimator - Design & Build / Fit-Out
Location: Cambridge
Salary: 50,000 + Car Allowance
Sector: Commercial Fit-Out / Design & Build

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Estimator to take ownership of tender submissions and pre-construction planning. You'll:

  • Prepare accurate quotations, scopes of work, and construction sequencing programmes
  • Analyse risks, perform take-offs, and conduct post-tender reviews
  • Negotiate costs with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Build strong relationships with teams and clients
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards

About You

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in construction or fit-out estimating
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
  • Confident with Microsoft Office; Eque2 Evaluate & MS Project experience a bonus
