The Company:

Our client is a very well established and renowned construction design & build contractor with a vast client based within the ultra high-end residential sector with properties starting at 10,000 sq. ft and a typical project refurbishment value of over 1 million.

Contracts Manager/QS - The Role:

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team based from the office but roaming across projects (typically 3-4 at any one time totalling around 5 million of work at once) You will be responsible for leading the overall delivery of contracts via site based Site Managers as well as performing Quantity Surveying duties. The role will report to the Directors and provides an excellent opportunity to work on some of the countries grandest residential estates.

Contracts Manager/QS - The Person

• You must have experience working on listed building renovations.
• You will have a solid and steady permanent career experience with main contractors
• Demonstrable experience of delivering new build (ideally but not essential) refurbishment and renovation projects
• Experience delivering contracts with. total value of 5million
• Proven experience in managing site based teams on multiple simultaneous projects at once
• Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things
• High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme
• A track record of delivering projects across multi-sectors including
• A good team player, someone who wants to be part of a growing business to achieve common goals.
• Commutable within the Gloucestershire and Cotswolds.
