Technical Coordinator

Our client is a National Contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

Due to a new site in South West London, our client is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join the team. The role will require the critical appraisal of project drawings, pre-project start, and the ongoing management on the technical coordination.

The project consists of 270 units, RC Frame (high rise) - total value 75m.

Our client is seeking applicants with previous experience with a developer or contractor. Ideally worked on high rise residential developments (flats).

In return, our client is offering a basic salary of 65k - 70k + full package and bonus.
