Project Manager Edinburgh
360 Recruitment are currently assisting a leading civil engineering contractor in their search for a Project Manager in the Edinburgh area.
Our client is a family-owned business who operate nationwide. This opportunity will be supporting live and upcoming projects in the area.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong civils subcontractor background and have experience working on concrete frame projects.
Job role: Project Manager
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 (dependent on years of experience, projects worked on, etc)
Benefits: car/travel allowance, pension, perks, etc.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Monitor & review programmes, ensuring milestones & deadlines are met.
- Conduct site meetings, RAMS, permits, inspections.
- Quality Management.
- Work with site team to manage budgets & costs.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Strong civils subcontractor background.
- Experience working on concrete frame background.
- Qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
- Ability to programme.
