Our client, a specialist in high quality joinery and interior fitout, based in Huntingdon, are seeking a Joinery Sprayer to join them on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is based in their modern workshop where you will be responsible for preparing, spraying and finishing a wide range of bespoke joinery items including windows, doors, frames, cabinetry and interior joinery components.

This is a hands-on role within a close knit team where high standards, attention to detail and pride in workmanship are essential. The Joinery Sprayer will work closely with joiners and workshop staff to ensure all products are finished to a high standard before dispatch. The role offers variety, a supportive working environment and long-term stability.

Joinery Sprayer Position Overview

Preparing and sanding timber products prior to finishing
Mixing and applying paints, lacquers and stains to bespoke joinery items
Producing high quality finishes on windows, doors and interior joinery
Maintaining spray equipment, tools and the spray booth area
Inspecting finished items to ensure quality standards are met
Supporting the wider workshop team when required
Working from technical drawings and product specifications
Ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times

Joinery Sprayer Position Requirements

Previous spraying or joinery finishing experience
Able to prepare, sand and finish timber products to a high standard
Based local to Huntingdon
Full driving licence
Professional, reliable and presentable
Seeking a long term, permanent role

Joinery Sprayer Position Remuneration

13 to 18 per hour DOE
40 hour week with overtime available
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
