Location: Haslemere
Salary: £65000 - £75000

Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to step into the world of super prime residential? This is a rare opportunity to join a slick, design-led house builder renowned for delivering some of the most exceptional one-off homes in the South East.
Our client specialises in ultra-high-spec new builds, working closely with private clients, architects, and luxury design teams to create outstanding residences where quality, detail, and craftsmanship come first.
The Role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you'll take full commercial responsibility across high-value, bespoke projects. You'll manage everything from procurement and tendering through to valuations, cost reporting and final accounts. You'll work closely with a tight-knit delivery team who take huge pride in producing flawless results.
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience in residential construction - ideally high-end or bespoke
  • Strong commercial acumen and proactive cost control
  • Confidence managing procurement, subcontractors, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and the ability to work closely with clients and design teams
  • A passion for quality, detail and delivering best-in-class projects
