Operations Manager

SSA are currently working with a leading building services contractor based in Billericay, Essex, specialising in residential and commericial projects. We are currently searching for an Operations Manager overseeing the day - to - day running of the projects, ensuring project is delivered on time teams are well coordinated, clients are satisfied and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure service delivery meets quality, safety, and contractual standards.
• Implement and refine operational processes and procedures.
• Monitor workflow, scheduling, and job allocation.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as an operations Manager (property services, FM, maintenance, construction, or similar).
• Strong scheduling, planning, and coordination abilities.
• Experience managing field-based teams and subcontractors.
• Understanding of residential and/or commercial property maintenance.
• Good knowledge of health & safety (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable).
