Monitor subcontractor compliance and provide guidance on best practice. Work closely with site management to promote a positive and proactive safety culture. Produce EHS reports and maintain accurate records. Support environmental initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental requirements on site. Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams regarding Health, Safety & Environmental matters. Assist in preparing for internal and external audits. Requirements NEBOSH Construction Certificate or NEBOSH General Certificate. Previous experience within an EHS or Health & Safety Advisor role on construction, engineering, M&E or industrial projects. Good understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation. Experience carrying out audits, inspections and accident investigations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence site teams. Full UK Driving Licence. Willingness to travel and work between North Wales and North Acton, London , including an initial three-month rotation in Wales. Desirable Experience working on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or Large-Scale M&E projects. IOSH Membership (or working towards).
