Painter & Decorator - Property Services (Bathrooms & Kitchens)

Contract Length: 3 Months

We are currently seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator specialising in property services, particularly in the refurbishment of bathrooms and kitchens. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reliable and respected team delivering high-quality work across occupied and void properties.

• Interior painting and decorating within domestic bathrooms and kitchens

• Surface preparation including stripping, filling, sanding, priming and finishing

• Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to a high standard

• Ensuring clean, tidy, and safe working environments

• Working efficiently to meet project deadlines

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent)

• DBS Check - valid and up to date

• Asbestos Awareness certification (UKATA or IATP)

• CSCS Card - required for site access

• Own tools and transport essential

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes

• Experience working in domestic or property services environments
