M&E Manager

The Company:

We are working with a fast-growing Regional Building Contractor who have successfully delivered new build & refurbishment projects for a varied client base mainly in and around Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire. They secure projects through key public sector Frameworks and via private clients often through negotiation.

They generally take on Commercial, Residential, Industrial and Leisure schemes valued up to £20m and due to securing a number of projects starting this year, they are looking for a Building Services Manager / M&E manager to join their team.

Requirements / Reasons to apply:

• You will have worked as a Building Services Manager or M&E Manager for a Main Contractor or a Sub-contractor on projects similar to those mentioned above.
• You will have a Mechanical or Electrical background and have experience in Utilities Management.
• Based in or able to travel to Lancashire/Greater Manchester on a daily basis.
