We're looking for someone who: Must have previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential construction. Has a strong understanding of NHBC standards and quality-led housebuilding. Takes pride in delivering homes to a high standard. Has excellent customer care awareness and understands the importance of the homeowner experience. Confident managing subcontractors and working to demanding programmes. Works well as part of an established management team but can also take ownership of their own responsibilities. Previous experience working for a PLC or volume housebuilder will be highly regarded.
