Your Role:
  • Ensure projects are fully defined, specified, and tendered / competitively priced with all funding streams identified and approved, including necessary facilitating surveys, in line with the master programme of works to enable key miles stones to be achieved.
  • Plan Projects so they can be executed with minimum disruption to Services and the Customer.
  • Fully prepare the Pre-Construction Information pack in accordance with CDM Regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with company management system including all procedures and processes with regards to Lifecycle, Change Management, Project Management and Procurement
  • Provide project handover files to the Project Delivery Team and provide continued support following the Pre-construction Phase is completed.
What We re Looking For:
  • Qualifications: Hold a NQF Level 4/5 in a relevant discipline, a recognised Project Management qualification and/or equivalent industry experience. Industry recognised qualification in engineering, building services or facilities management.
  • Experience: Experience required in building regulations, tender management and CDM.
  • Skills: Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a solid background in tender evaluation.
  • Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
