A sound understanding of surveying large, complex estates is essential, as is having a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and proven line management experience. Skills: You will be able to communicate clearly to inform and influence others on what they need to know and when they need to know it. You will be able to work effectively with others and maintain constructive relationships within the team, across the business and externally.
