Site Manager required in Camberley

GVR Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join one of our longest standing clients. They are a well-established main contractor who undertake Structural and refurbishment projects in the Education and Healthcare sectors.

The initial project for the Site Manager will be overseeing a hospital refurbishment project in Surrey. Given this is a live environment, the successful Site Manager will have excellent organisational skills when it comes to timeframes and deadlines.

Project: Fit out, Extensions, Refurbishment projects on the Hospital

Rate: 250pd - 300pd

Duration: On-going

Requirements for the Site Manager:

  • Must have experience working on refurbishment or fit out projects in the Healthcare and live services sectors
  • Experience working for a Well-established main contractor
  • Experience working as the no.1 Manager
  • Highly driven and have a good eye for detail & quality
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Temporary works
  • Trade background is preferential but not essential
