The Role
This is a key, high profile position, responsible for championing and driving forward Health, Safety and Environment within the College, to meet changing legislative requirements and to ensure a safe and sustainable environment for staff and students.
What are we looking for?
You must have substantial experience of working in a Health, Safety and Environment role within a medium to large organisation and have a record of outstanding achievement. You will be able to work at a strategic as well as operational level and must have up to date knowledge and skills in Health & Safety legislation, training, new developments, risk assessment and control. Possession of a can-do attitude coupled with awareness of what is practicable is a pre-requisite. You must also be a strong written and verbal communicator and keen investigator. Tenacity and a driven focus on achieving quality outcomes is essential.
