A well-established, nationally operating offsite manufacturer is seeking an experienced Fa ade Designer to join its specialist fa ade design team. The organisation is recognised for its strong technical capability, structured delivery processes, and collaborative culture. About the role:
In this key technical position, as Fa ade Designer you will be responsible for producing accurate fa ade design drawings that support early-stage design development through to manufacture and on-site installation. Working closely with internal designers, engineers, production teams and specialist suppliers, you will help ensure that buildability, compliance, and quality are fully engineered into every project before it reaches the factory or site.

Do you have:

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, detailing, and erection sequencing
• Good working knowledge of cladding and glazing systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Revit
• Architectural Technician qualification (essential) (Engineering-related qualification could be beneficial)
• Proven experience producing design drawings for fa ade projects
• Awareness of Building Regulations and other relevant legislation
