Finishing Manager

V7 Recruitment are looking for Finishing Managers to work on a high rise residential scheme in Stratford.

Start Date- 5th January 2026

Contract Duration- 8 months

Rate- Negotiable -paid via CIS or umbrella

Hours- 8AM-6PM with Saturdays on a rota basis

Ideal candidate-

• Previous experience working on multi-occupancy project.
• Background working in a Finishing Manager/ Finishing Foreman role.
• Able to work autonomously with support from a visiting Project Manager.
• The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
• Excellent subcontractor management.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate

Duties-

• Effectively coordinating trades and labour on site.
• Assisting Package Managers with snagging & de-snagging.
• Ensuring the project is carried out to a high quality.
• Health & Safety.
