Grounds Maintenance Operative - Bromley

I am currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative in the Bromley region, BR1 2 and just wanted to see if you were interested.

Our client is a leading housing association in South London, who is looking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Operative where your role will be to carry out general ground's maintenance including grass cutting, hedge cutting, shrub pruning, weed removal, litter picking, bin emptying and vegetation clearance.

You will work in a team of 2 carrying out general estate management/maintenance and normally travelling to around 5 schemes per day.

Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Grounds Maintenance Experience
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay rate: 14.50 per hour, umbrella, paid weekly
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 40hours per week. 8:00am - 16:30pm
• This role is a temp to permanent position, 12 weeks temp, with option of moving to permanent based on performance.
