The Role:
To work within a Specialist Works Division delivering a range of diverse programmes including Aids and Adaptations, voids, maintenance and disrepair cases. The role will include supporting the management team with the opportunity to make a real difference in this key position.
Responsibilities:
• Previous maintenance, minor works and project works utilising schedules of rates. (particularly NHF Standard of rates).
• Budgeting and estimating from first principles.
• Proven ability to minimise cost, and to maximise value and cashflow.
• A working knowledge of standard forms of contracts.
• Supplier and subcontractor engagement
• Cost reporting and final accounting.
• Dynamic approach to working under pressure and meeting deadlines and proven experience in supporting contract delivery via IT interface with clients.
