Maintenance Coordinator
Location: London, Stratford
Temp contract - 35 hours per week
£16.70 per hour PAYE

We re looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to provide top-notch admin and coordination support across our Special Projects and Sustainability teams. You ll be the go-to person for managing damp and mould cases, Plentific repairs, and surveyor referrals, keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish.
This is a 12-week temporary role (initially), reporting to the Maintenance Operations Team Leader and working closely with a friendly, fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide efficient admin and coordination support to the Special Projects and Sustainability teams
Act as the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal teams
Manage and track damp and mould cases, repairs, and surveyor referrals
Keep accurate records and ensure timely communication and updates
Collaborate across departments to support smooth delivery of maintenance services
What you ll bring:
Strong admin and organisational skills
Great communication and teamwork
The ability to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure
A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset
Experience in repairs or maintenance (a big plus!)
