Labourer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Labourer to join our team in Nottingham. This role is essential to the repairs and maintenance team where you will be covering maintenance of both void and tenanted domestic properties.

As a Labourer you will be responsible for covering Nottingham properties and duties will include;

• Assisting tradesmen with day to day duties
• Painting and decorating
• Site deliveries (Vehicle Provided)
• Stock control
• Removing and disposing of debris from sites

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full time hours Monday to Friday. You will be working a standard 40 hour week with an immediate start available.

The hourly pay rate for this role is 15.66 Ltd (PAYE equivalent 13.44 Inclusive of holiday).

You will need;

• Experience in domestic site work / labouring
• An awareness of health and safety in the workplace
• A Full UK Driving Licence
