Management Trainee

Our Client Willmott Dixon is looking for bright, ambitious individuals to join our Management Trainee programme in Estimating / Design Management / Site Management / Quantity Surveying / Preconstruction / Building services / Planner within our Construction South team, working on exciting projects across the South London & the South East.

This programme will give you a great foundation; you will get exposure to many areas of our business through placements in different disciplines such as Site Management, Design Management, Planner, Building Services, and Quantity Surveying to develop your understanding of the construction business as a whole and not just your chosen specialism of Estimating.

Requirements:

• Graduates ( Construction and non - Construction )
• Must hold Level 3 Qualification
• School and college leavers with A Levels, T Levels or equivalent
• Good Problem Solving and Communicational skills
• Ideally some Exposure to construction
• Valid driver's license
