CSCS Labourer

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer to assist with the final clean and preparation of an industrial unit ready for handover. This is a hands-on role that requires good attention to detail and a proactive attitude to keep the site clean, tidy, and compliant with handover standards.

• Sweeping up and removing debris from work areas.

• Cleaning floors, walls, and general surfaces inside the unit.

• Assisting with final site tidy-up before client handover.

• Moving and disposing of waste materials safely.

• Working as part of a small team to ensure the unit is presented to a high standard.

• Following all site health and safety procedures.

• Valid CSCS card (essential).

• Due to location it would be ideal for the candidate to have their own transport

• Previous site labouring or cleaning experience preferred.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.

• Safety boots, hi-vis, and PPE required.

• Positive attitude and willingness to get the job done.
