We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a modular construction project in Reading on a freelance basis. This is a short-term, high-impact role for one week, ideal for an experienced manager who can hit the ground running.

Key Requirements:

• Valid Black CSCS card

• SMSTS certification

• Proven experience managing modular construction projects

• Strong site management and health & safety expertise

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth delivery of the project

• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and the client

• Monitor safety, quality, and program adherence

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory regulations

Rate: 300 per day
