Senior Site Manager

A smaller, family-owned contractor have asked us to source a stand-alone Senior Site Manager to lead a new development in Leicester. The scheme is a new sports-centre, full turnkey design with a programme of circa 40-50 weeks. You ll take the project out of the ground and manage the development until the keys are handed to the end client!

Requirements/Reasons to apply:

• We are looking for an experienced & capable Site Manager. The contractor are working out of region and will need a strong presence to lead the scheme
• You ll need to hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS to be considered for this role
• This role will offer longevity, you ll be taking the project from commencement to completion with the potential for further, local follow-on works
• Rates are negotiable but will likely be in the range of £280.00 - £320.00 per day dependant on experience.

This scheme is due to commence January 26. So would suit somebody seeking a role at the start of next year.
