Elvet Recruitment are recruiting an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of an established and expanding construction contractor to run projects across the North East.
This role would be ideal for someone looking to step up, with a clear plan in place for future progression to Site Manager. Experience including direct labour and sub-contractor resource and the ability to deliver quality construction projects within budget and programme timescales in a safe environment is a must.
This company typically works as principal contractor on projects including; commercial builds, industrial builds, Residential, Healthcare, Education etc. This particular requirement would be suited to someone with previous Education project experience, delivering a scheme from 10-15m in value. This is an opportunity to be involved in this multi-phase project from inception.
