Architectural Assistant 3D Visualiser

This is not your average Architectural vacancy but an opportunity to work for the in-house Architectural Design Team for one of UKs most successful developers based near Leeds. The business designs, develops and constructs large care facilities throughout the UK.

The role:

Due to significant growth this business has a requirement for a technically minded Architectural Assistant, Technician or Technologist with excellent 3D Visualisation skills to work in the pre-construction design team.

You should be a high energy individual looking to develop your career with an entrepreneurial organisation.

Requirements:

• Excellent 3D Visualisation ability
• Strong technical knowledge of latest building technology, planning and building regs
• Ability to produce feasibility, planning and working drawings.
• Working knowledge of Revit and BIM including modelling and BIM strategy.
• Experience of working on accommodation based projects up to value of 8M would be beneficial.
