Job Summary

• We require an experience labourer to work alongside our site teams, fitting metal fencing, handrails, balustrading and structural steelwork. This is a manual role and involves hard digs and lifting, so you must be physically fit. You must hold a valid green CSCS card as a minimum requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment on-site
• Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing job sites to promote safety and efficiency
• Operate tools and machinery
• Digging holes on site (may contain hard digs)
• Manual Handling
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure and safe work environment for all team members
• Perform general site cleanup, including waste removal and debris management
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs or hazards promptly

Skills

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
• Understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
• Willingness to learn new skills related to construction operations
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward tasks
• Prior experience in construction or labour roles is necessary.
• Valid driver s license is preferred
• CSCS Card is essential
