Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in Sleaford, who are looking for a multi skilled plumber to join their repairs team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Multi-skilled Plumber includes:

• Completing reactive Plumbing work on void and tenanted social housing properties
• Completing multi-skilled works including (but not limited to) carpentry, joinery, plastering, bricklaying & roofing.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
• Maintaining van stock
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
  

Essential criteria of the Multi-skilled Plumber include:

• Full UK Driving License
• Relevant experience
• Willing to complete a DBS
