Salary: £39,771 per annum + optional overtime

Join a team that powers homes and communities! Are you a skilled and customer-focused Electrician looking for a secure, rewarding role with great pay and benefits? Our social housing client is seeking a motivated professional to join our Repairs and Maintenance team, providing high-quality electrical services across our tenanted and void properties in Wellingborough
What you ll do

• Deliver all aspects of electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in both occupied and vacant homes.
• Complete electrical upgrades, rewires, fuse board installations, and provide certification (EICRs and minor works).
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring properties are left safe and compliant.
• Maintain accurate work records using a handheld PDA system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company with professionalism and care.
• Operate a company van, ensuring vehicle and tool upkeep to the highest standards.

What we re looking for

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
• 2391
• Experience working in domestic environments, ideally in social housing or similar.
• A strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
