Lead Our Specialist AC Projects from Concept to Completion

Are you a hands-on Project Manager with a deep technical understanding of air conditioning systems?

We're looking for an experienced HVAC PM to join our Camden office and take full ownership of our commercial and industrial projects. This is a critical role where you will be the driving force behind the full project lifecycle from initial planning and design input through to installation, commissioning, and final handover.

What You'll Be Doing

• Full Project Ownership: You will lead the complete lifecycle of our HVAC/AC projects (with a strong focus on Air Conditioning), managing scope, scheduling, procurement, and budgets.
• Manage Teams & Suppliers: Coordinate all internal teams, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth, efficient delivery.
• Control the Commercials: Take full responsibility for the project's financial health, including cost tracking, managing change orders, and protecting margins.
• Be the Face of the Project: Act as the primary point of contact from our Camden office, building strong client relationships and managing all stakeholder communications.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Champion our high standards for Health & Safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on every site.
• On-Site Leadership: Regularly travel to sites (primarily London/surrounding region) to monitor installation progress, conduct quality checks, and oversee commissioning and snagging.
• Meticulous Handover: Manage the preparation and delivery of all project documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and commissioning reports.

What You Bring to theTable

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven HVAC/AC Project Management: A strong track record of successfully managing HVAC, ventilation, and especially air-conditioning projects in commercial or industrial environments.
• Technical AC Knowledge: A solid understanding of AC system design, installation, and commissioning. You know what "good" looks like and can confidently lead technical discussions.
• Full Lifecycle & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrable experience managing projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• Natural Leader & Communicator: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams, manage subcontractors, and report clearly to senior management.
• London-Based: You must be within a commutable distance of our Camden office (NW1 0AG).
• Full UK Driving Licence: Required for travel to various project sites.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points!):

• A formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or Construction Project Management.
• Specific experience in a dedicated AC Project Manager role within the M&E industry.
• Proficiency with project management software for planning and cost tracking.
