Contract Construction Project Manager Architect and Design

Job Description

A client of ours has secured a new public sector project based in Reading and now require an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a contract basis

The project is circa 30,000sqft part office and part warehouse, it's a Cat B to Cat B fitout with demolition and flooring repair works in the warehouse.

Duration: 28 weeks

Parking available on site

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for managing up to 50 operatives/professionals at any one time.

Criteria:

  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager on a similar type of project
  • Office Fit Out experience - essential
  • Ideal applicant will be from a trade background
  • Strong Project Manager, Fit Out and Design Coordination experience
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff to meet deadlines on a day to day basis
  • Strong IT skills
  • Working references - required
  • Car driver - essential
