We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 M&E Building Services contractor based just north of Huntingdon, delivering mechanical installation projects typically ranging from £2m to £20m across commercial, education, healthcare, data centre, and smart-building sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a respected business offering varied projects, structured progression, and a genuinely supportive team environment.

As Mechanical Project Manager, you ll take ownership of mechanical building-services packages from pre-construction through to handover, delivering projects across multiple sectors and ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction at every stage.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design stage through to commissioning and handover
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Act as the main client contact, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
• Provide technical input on design, coordination, and value engineering
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and commercial reporting
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures

This opportunity would also suit those currently working as a Mechanical Contracts Manager, Senior Mechanical Project Manager, or M&E Project Manager within the Building Services sector.

Remuneration Package Mechanical Project Manager

• Base Salary: £70,000 £85,000 (reflective of experience and seniority)
