Our client, a multi-award-winning Estate Agency, is looking for a driven Sales Negotiator or an experienced Negotiator ready to progress into a Senior role to join their thriving team in the Diss area.
They're also happy to consider candidates with strong sales or customer service experience who are keen to kick-start a career in Estate Agency.
Working hours:
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays, with time off in lieu
Our client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator:
- Basic salary of up to £27,000 (depending on experience)
- OTE of up to £35,000
- Ongoing training & support
- Mileage paid for
- Career progression
Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Greeting buyers & vendors
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
- Valuation generation
- Negotiating offers
- Accompanied viewings
- Some sales progression when needed
To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator:
- Ideally, at least 12 months of experience in an Estate Agency
- Proactive
- Proven track record in sales
- Hard-working attitude
- Ambitious
- Good customer service skills
- The full UK driving licence and own vehicle
