Freelance Project Manager

Freelance Project Manager required for a 12 Million refurbishment to an existing industrial unit, programme of works is circa 40+ weeks commencing January 2026. Project involves the complete stripping of the unit back to just steel frame, demolition works, reroof and reclad to take back to initial landlord/developer spec. Reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing project from inception through to completion, ensuring that programme of works are adhered to, cost control, value engineering, RAMS, site Health & Safety, supervision/management of site team, chairing client/subcontractor meetings and providing progress reports to senior management team.

Mandatory requirement will be someone that has circa 10 years working as a Project Manager/Lead, proven track record delivering industrial units as well as CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates
