Freelance Site Manager required for circa 6-8 weeks on a new build school project, work involved will be on old section of school which will involve overseeing the completion of temporary building entrance widening, drainage, cables, services, asbestos surveys, internal refurb works aswell as associated external groundworks. Reporting into a Project Manager and working in coordination of another Site Manager your main focus and role will be to oversee, management and coordination for subcontract labour packages, health & safety including communication with senior management team regarding plant, labour and material requisitions. CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement aswell as being fully computer literate as you will required to use the contractors software system for audits, reports etc
