10 Million refurbishment of an existing food facility which the scheme involves the installation of a new production line, white walling, and rerouting of existing services which will all be taking place whilst in a live environment. Reporting to the site based Project Manager you will primarily be responsible for overseeing all onsite works taking place with specialist subcontractors from the EU in a daily basis to ensure that all equipment installation is done in accordance with programme, health & safety etc are adhered to, there will be a split in regard to how your daily/weekly role will be split which will be on a 70/30 site/office split. You will also need to be fully computer literate and have prior/current experience using Microsoft sharepoint, other duties will also include the submittal of RAMS to principal contractor, due to nature of project with it being a live environment you will also have to demonstrate good people person skills as client is also site based on a daily basis. Project duration will be running until circa October/November 2026 Minimum requirement will be current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates, experience working on food & beverage and live occupied facilities would be a distinct advantage
